Custom Order Policy

Custom Orders: Buyer shall make the scheduled deposits as listed on the invoice. Failure to make scheduled deposits will result in a 10% fee on the remaining balance, or $750, whichever is greater. Balance shall be paid within 3 business days, or Tier Carts reserves the right to sell your golf cart for liquidated damages and deposit will be forfeited. Buyer also shall take possession of the golf cart upon notification of availability for pick-up. Notification will be in the form of, but not limited to e-email, phone call, text message or face to face. Failure to take possession may result in a storage fee of $25 per day, with a max storage time of 30 days. After 30 days, Top Tier Carts may sell the golf cart to cover liquidated damages.

​Deposits and final payments are non-refundable on custom orders.
