Are your golf carts street legal?
Yes, all of our golf cart models are built to conform to Federal Regulations under Title 49 CFR Part 571.500.

Each one of our golf carts can be registered as an "LSV" through the filing of proper paperwork and an inspection completed by the local DMV.

What is my warranty?
Warranty period is for 1 year on all non-wearable parts. Does not include labor costs. Learn more here.
Updated: 2024 models and newer have a 2 year parts warranty.
Do you service your own carts?
Yes we service all of our carts and provide warranty repairs/replacement. We provide both on-site service/warranty work and off-site services. (Top Tier Carts Shop Location)

How long will my build process take?
Pre-order process:
1. Choose your color, tires, wheels, and accessories.
2. Submit your order with 40% deposit.
3. Production begins
4. Provide completion photos for customer approval.
5. Additonal 25% depsoit due. Cart is packaged for shipping to our Florida warehouse.
6. Cart is assembled, lithium battery installed, accessories installed, and cart is inspected and tested by our technicians.
7. Cart available for pick-up
Expected timeframe 60-70 days
