Price policy: All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed unless order completed, Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any Federal, State or other authority. All current official prices are listed at our website, dynamic carts has the right of  final interpretation if there is any mistake on advertised price or the website listed price.

Miscommunications and misunderstanding: If there is any miscommunication or misunderstanding during email , text or social media, Top Tier Carts has the right of final interpretation.

Battery drive range: Estimated battery life or drive range maybe different due to road condition and weight .

Custom Orders: Buyer shall make the scheduled deposits as listed on the invoice. Failure to make scheduled deposits will result in a 10% fee on the remaining balance, or $750, whichever is greater. Buyer also shall take possession of the golf cart upon notification of availability for pick-up. Notification can be in the form of, but not limited to e-email, phone call, text message or face to face. Failure to take possession may result in a storage fee of $25 per day, with a max storage time of 30 days. After 30 days, Top Tier Carts may sell the golf cart to cover liquidated damages.
